The Career Transition Coordinator is the primary point of contact for wounded, ill and injured Service members enrolled in the Warrior Care Program as they transition out of the military. They work with Service Members to develop a customized and comprehensive career transition plan based on goals, interests and experience. They provide support and resources pertaining to career transition, education, employment, internships, and retraining. Career Transition Coordinators network with private sector companies, educational institutes, and Government organizations to increase available resources and opportunities for service members.
